Brad's Granny was admitted to the hospital yesterday with congestive heart failure, pneumonia, and a kidney infection. This is serious stuff, and I appreciate you praying for Granny and for Brad's Mom and Dad and little brother, Brett, as they care for her. She is precious and we love her.
While you're praying, also remember my Mom's mother, Grand Brown. As you probably know, she has dementia and Mom takes care of her during the week so my aunt and uncle can work. Grand Brown had a bad day yesterday, wanting to "go" all day. She likes to take rides in the car, but yesterday she wanted to ride all day long. (And with these gas prices, as much as Mom would like to please her, who can afford to drive all day?) Mom thinks her meds may not be working. Please pray for this situation. Watching Grand Brown is like watching a 2-year-old; it's physically and emotionally draining. You have to entertain her all day long. She's a handful, but she is precious, too.
